Rhoda
Rhoda is a restaurant manager who lives near Saffron City. After competing with her twin sister, Rhonda, for the inheritance of her father's restaurant in AG141, the two girls decided to run it together. Her Japanese voice actress is 半場友恵 Tomoe Hanba.
Her Sneasel cooks delicious food, but it appears very bland. However, after Jessie and James taught it how to put on a good performance, its cooking style became more well-rounded.
