Clefairy is Isamu Akai's first Pokémon. He is stupid, loudmouthed, crass, vulgar, and generally rude. Clefairy often acts selfishly but occasionally shows some redeeming qualities. Mostly he's a trouble maker that wins battles through luck or trickery.
