It is the follow-up to the Pocket Monsters Sun Moon series, following the legacy of sequels to the original Pokémon Pocket Monsters series. The plot follows the adventures of Red and his Pokémon as they travel to the Galar region. It is chiefly a gag manga using crude humor and slapstick.
