Flip a coin until you get tails. This attack does 20 damage times the number of heads.

Release information

In Japan, this card was released for Meiji Chocolate's promotional campaign in October 2005. This print was released in the English EX Legend Maker expansion. It was later reprinted as one of the PCG-P Promotional cards with different artwork by the same artist awarded to those who participated in the Autumn 2005 Battle Road. This print was later used as one of the Nintendo Black Star Promos released in the EX Value Pack 4.

Trivia

This card is the only Delta Species card in the EX Legend Maker expansion and Nintendo Black Star Promos.

Origin

Thunder Wave and Iron Tail are both moves in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn, the latter only via TM23.
