The Mysterious Pokémon Deck (Japanese: なぞのポケモンデッキ) is a Theme Deck from Pokémon Card GB for the Game Boy Color. It is one of the decks available from the Legendary Auto Deck Machine accessible only after the player has defeated the four Grand Masters. It predominantly focuses on and type Pokémon.

Trivia
- This deck is still included in the Legendary Auto Deck Machine in versions of Pokémon Trading Card Game released for the Virtual Console on Nintendo 3DS, despite the fact that the Card Pop! feature is disabled and thus the Phantom Cards which the deck focuses on are unobtainable.
