Mewtwo Project, is the project for Team Rocket in Pokémon Special. The project was to create a new Pokémon for Giovanni. The Mewtwo was created using the DNA of both Mew and Blaine, and due to an accident during the process, Blaine gained some of the mixed DNA on his hand, allowing him to track the location of Mewtwo. Most of the scientists were killed when Mewtwo destroyed the Cinnabar Lab in And Mewtwo Too!?.
