Release information

In Japan, this card was released as part of Meiji Chocolate's promotional campaign in June 2006. A Cosmos Holofoil version of this card was one of four available in the DP Gift Blisters and DP Gift Boxes, released during October 2007.

Origin

Super Psy Bolt's Japanese name is that of a Super form of Confusion, a move in the Pokémon games that Lugia cannot learn.
