Trivia

Origin

Gym Leader Lt. Surge owns an Electabuzz in the Pokémon Adventures manga. Charge is a move later introduced in the Generation III Pokémon games that Electabuzz cannot learn; however, the Japanese names are not the same, making this attack and the move unrelated. Discharge is a move later introduced in the Generation IV Pokémon games that Electabuzz can learn.
