Lizabeth (Japanese: ヒロミ Hiromi) is a teenage girl with long, flowing blue hair. She is a descendant of the people of the water (水の民) and appears in the ninth Pokemon movie. She is voiced by 眞鍋かをり Kaori Manabe in the Japanese version.
Lizabeth is also one of the few women Brock has met that actually likes him in return. She is the star of the water show.
