Release information

This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it was one of five "Masaki Evolution" campaign cards. In order to obtain it, people had to send off a Haunter from the Vending series along with a special Pass Card to MediaFactory. MediaFactory would then send back the "evolved" form. The card was never released in English. This card was later reprinted in Pokémon Web; however, the Web reprint removed the level.

Trivia

Origin
