Of the three Kanto starter Pokémon, Bulbasaur is the only one not to appear as a Ditto transformation on two separate cards in EX Delta Species. Charmander and Squirtle appear as such on both a common and uncommon card, whereas the Bulbasaur transformation only appears on an uncommon card.

Origin

This card depicts Ditto having transformed into a Bulbasaur. Toxic is a move in the Pokémon games that Bulbasaur can learn via TM06. Duplicate is an adaptation of Transform, a move that Ditto can learn.
