Perversity is an ability introduced in Generation V. Five Pokémon have this ability, all only in the Dream World.
Effect
In battle
Moves or Abilities that would normally increase a stat will decrease it, and ones that would normally decrease a stat will increase it.
Outside of battle
Perversity has no effect outside of battle.
