Cissy
Cissy (Japanese: ? Atsumi) is the Gym Leader of the Mikan Island Gym. She hands out the Coral Eye Badge to trainers who defeat her. She specializes in Water-type Pokémon. One of the rules of her Gym is that opponents are required to use Water-type Pokémon aswell.
Cissy lives with her little brother, who is also a Pokémon Trainer.
When Ash challenged her for a Gym Badge, he discovered that she doesn't compete in the Gym via regular Pokémon Battles, but rather in other excercises.
The first part of the match was an accuracy test where thet two had their Pokémon use Water Gun to hit targets.
The second test was a Surfing race around some buyos near the coast.
Ash prevailed in both and won the Coral Eye Badge.
