Chimchar (Japanese: ヒコザル Hikozaru) is a Fire-type Basic Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the Majestic Dawn expansion.

Release information

This card was included in the Majestic Dawn expansion with artwork by Naoyo Kimura, first released as one of the Japanese PPP Promotional cards. A promotional print with a gold foil snowflake stamp was one of 24 cards released in the Pokémon Countdown Calendar in October 2008. It was reprinted as a Non Holofoil in the Japanese Shaymin LV.X Collection Pack in April 2009.
