Bidoof (Japanese: ビッパ Bippa) is a non-player character in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Darkness, and Sky. He is a member of Wigglytuff's Guild. He stars in his own special episode in Explorers of Sky.

Background

Bidoof was the newest member of the Guild before the player and their partner came to train under the guild. In Explorers of Sky, his backstory is told: he was the newest member, and he always failed. One time, when he went to Treasure Town, he met a Snover. They went to a deep cave. At the end, he finds out the Snover was only traveling with him to rob him, attacked Bidoof with his cohorts. However, the Guild members help him and tell him to keep going. Then, he faces Jirachi, and his wish is that new Pokémon join the guild, which comes true around the time the game starts, with the new members being the player and their partner.

In Explorers of Time, Darkness, and Sky, Bidoof was the one who gave the tour to the player and their partner. He taught them much of what they know. On the expedition, Bidoof was grouped the player and their partner
