Akira Komayama (Japanese: こまやま(あきら) Komayama Akira) is a freelance artist who has been contributing illustrations to the Pokémon Trading Card Game since 2011.

Akira was born in 1981, spent eight years working as a designer and CG artist for a game company before going freelance in 2009, doing both illustration and graphic design. She currently resides in Tokyo.
