Cullen Calix (Japanese: ペニシリーナ Penicillina) is a minor character from Mewtwo Returns. His English voice actor is Scottie Ray and his Japanese voice actor is 小山力也 Rikiya Koyama.

Calix is a Pokémon naturalist studying Mount Quena to do research about the lake and its medicinal properties. He is also a famous researcher and an expert on medicine. In the special, both he and Luna Carson help Ash, his friends and Mewtwo against Team Rocket. After the incident, he stayed with Luna.
