Yuri appeared in DP095 as Johanna's old rival. She first appeared as a child in as a flashback, battling Johanna in a contest. She defeats Johanna with her Delcatty, while Johanna used Glameow. Yuri meets Dawn right before the Celestic Town Contest began.
