Pre-series
Some time before the events of HZ001, Liko's grandmother delivered a mysterious pendant to her.
Pokémon Horizons: The Series
In HZ001, Amethio introduces himself to Liko as someone sent by his grandmother, however this turned out to be a lie and his interest was only in the pendant and the power it possessed.
