In Japan, this card was released as a S-P Promotional card with artwork by Teeziro, made available as part of a third "Have Fun. Spring, Pokémon Card" campaign. From March 25, 2022, customers who purchased any Pokémon TCG products at participating Pokémon Card Gym, Pokémon Centers, and Pokémon Stores across Japan were given one of three promotional cards featuring the starter Pokémon of Pokémon Legends: Arceus. All visitors to participating stores were also given a "Have Fun. Spring, Pokémon Card" sticker. The campaign ran for as long as stocks lasted and a set was limited to one per customer. It was reprinted in the Japanese Time Gazer expansion with different artwork by sui.
