In Japan, this card was made available in the Togedemaru Special Set starting December 9, 2016. It could only be purchased at Pokémon Centers, Pokémon Stores, and store chains owned by Seven & I Holdings, including: Ito-Yokado, 7-Eleven, and York Benimaru.
