The V Battle Deck product line was incorporated into special expansion-related merchandise for the first time with the release of {{TCG|Pokémon GO}}. Theis iteration of the V Battle Deck product line focused on the DNA Pokémon Deoxys and the Thunderclap Pokémon Zeraora. The V Battle Decks could be purchased individually as the Deoxys V Battle Deck and the Zeraora V Battle Deck or purchased together in the V Battle Deck—Deoxys vs. Zeraora. The focal Pokémon feature as exclusive alternate-art Pokémon V and are accompanied by like-typed Pokémon and an array of Trainer cards sourced from several Sword & Shield Series expansions such as Astral Radiance and Fusion Strike.


Each 60-card deck comes packaged with a deck box, damage counters, a single-player playmat, a rules booklet, a strategy sheet, three reference cards, an extra-large-sized {{TCG|coin}}, and a code card for the [[Pokémon Trading Card Game Live|Pokémon TCG Live]]. In addition, the combined kit includes two booster packs, a deck upgrade guide, a sticker sheet, and a sealed pack containing eleven Trainer cards and another Pokémon TCG Live code card. Individual decks contain a sheet listing three codes, while the kit includes a sheet listing eight codes.

The V Battle Deck—Deoxys vs. Zeraora is a pair of decks released during the Sword & Shield Series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. They were associated with the Lost Origin expansion, which launched on September 9, 2022.
