A Mirror Reverse Holofoil variant of this card with a "Platinum" stamp was also released as part of a Burger King promotion in June 2009. In Japan, a promotional Cosmos Holofoil version of this card was released as a prize for taking part in the main tournament at the Winter Challenge in November 2007. The card was later reprinted in Japan and was included in the {{TCG|Collection Packs|Shaymin LV.X Collection Pack}} in April 2009. The Cosmos Holofoil card was released in North America and Europe in the {{TCG|Polar Frost}} {{TCG|Theme Deck}}.

This card was included in the Majestic Dawn expansion with artwork by Masakazu Fukuda, first released as one of the Japanese DP-P Promotional cards. In Japan, a promotional Cosmos Holofoil print was released as a prize for taking part in the main tournament at the Winter Challenge in November 2007. It was also released as a Cosmos Holofoil print in the Polar Frost Theme Deck. Another promotional print was one of 24 cards released in the Pokémon Countdown Calendar in October 2008. This print features a gold foil snowflake stamp in the bottom right corner of the artwork. It was later reprinted in the Shaymin LV.X Collection Pack in April 2009. It was reprinted again as a Mirror Reverse Holofoil with a "Platinum" stamp, released as part of a Burger King promotion in June 2009.
