PCG-P Promo print

In Japan, this card was made available as a PCG-P Promotional card with new artwork by an unknown artist to those who rode the Twister: Fury in the Sky at the PokéPark in March 2005.

Trivia

The promotional reprint of this card shows the logo for the Twister: Fury in the Sky from the PokéPark instead of an illustrator.

Origin

Dragon Dance and Dragon Claw are both moves in the Pokémon games that Rayquaza can learn.
