Lily (Japanese: Lily) is a Pokémon magician who made her debut in Hocus Pokémon. Her Japanese voice actress is unknown, and her English voice actress is Lisa Ortiz.
She appears to have been loosely based on the concept of witches from the Harry Potter novel series, not only because she performs spells and creates magical potions, but also because she speaks with a British accent. She may as well have been named after Harry Potter's mother.
During the episode she was introduced, she accidently turned Ash into a Pikachu.
