Winona (Japanese: ナギ Nagi) is the Gym Leader of Fortree City. She specializes in Flying Pokémon and gives out the Featherbadge when beaten.

The Pokémon she uses are a level 31 Swellow, a level 30 Pelipper, a level 31 Skarmory, and a level 33 Altaria
