A Skier (Japanese: スキーヤー Skier) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation II games. They look like young women, dressed in winter clothing and on skis.
At first, they appeared to be the female counterparts of Boarders. However, in Generation IV, they appeared in both genders as Skiers. The Male Skier also looks nearly identical to a Boarder.
In Generation II, these trainers are only seen in Pryce's Gym.
They specialize in Template:Type2 Pokémon.
