Biography
Kitamura was born on August 16, 1987, in Fuchū, Tokyo, Japan, and became a seiyū and singer as an adult. She was affiliated with the talent agency Early Wing. Kitamura provided her voice for Virbank City Gym Leader Roxie in the Best Wishes series of the Pokémon anime, as well as Rustboro City Gym Leader Roxanne in the Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Animated Trailer. In addition to voice acting and singing, Kitamura is an amateur manga artist.
