King Biruritchi (Japanese: キング・ビルリッチ, Biruricchi is also seen) is the creator of Team Great Rocket from Pokémon Trading Card Game 2. A large, intimidating man, he and his minions kidnapped the the Grand Masters and Club Masters and stole the four Legendary Pokemon cards to use for no good.
