The Berry Master is a man from the games who gives out Berries. He is located on Route 123 in Generation III and on Route 208 in Generation IV.
The Berry master from Generation III would every day give you two berries when you talked to him. They could be very rare to as commen as Berries. In Generation IV he only gives out one berry but has the same dream, To fill the world with berries!
