The Odd Keystone is used in the Generation IV games to summon Spiritomb.
They can be found by digging in the Sinnoh Underground and one can be found with the Dousing Machine in Twinleaf Town. A Blackbelt just west of Hearthome City hands you one, indicating not to ask questions about it, before describing the procedure to summon Spiritomb.
