The Eject Pack (Japanese: だっしゅつパック Break-Out Pack) is a type of consumable held item introduced in Generation VIII. It switches out the holder if any of its stats are lowered.

In the core series games

Price

Games Cost Sell price
SwSh N/A $2,000
SV $30,000 $7,500

Effect

If any of the holder's stats is lowered (including by the use of its own moves such as Overheat), the Eject Pack is consumed and the holder automatically switches out. If the holder is switched in while Sticky Web is set on its side of the field, it will immediately switch out again.

Because only one Pokémon can switch out per move, a Pokémon's held Eject Pack will not activate if it is hit by Parting Shot. If multiple Pokémon's held Eject Buttons and Eject Packs would activate at once, only the held item of the fastest among these Pokémon will activate.
