Tera Starstorm (Japanese: テラクラスター Tera Cluster) is a damage-dealing move introduced in Generation IX. It is the signature move of Terapagos.

Effect

Tera Starstorm inflicts damage. When used by Terapagos in its Stellar Form, Tera Starstorm becomes Stellar-type and targets both opponents in a Double Battle.

If the user's Attack stat is higher than its Special Attack stat, Tera Starstorm becomes a physical move when Terastallized; otherwise, it remains a special move. For determining which stat is higher, stat stage-modifiers are taken into account, but other effects (e.g. held items such as a Choice Band, Abilities such as Huge Power, etc.) are not.
