Yoko Kuno (Japanese: 久野 遥子) is a Japanese director, animator, manga artist and illustrator who has worked with the Pokémon Franchise. She began her collaboration as one of seven invited artist to contribute art for the Japanese publication Illustration, Issue 229.

Graduated from Tama Art University in 2013, Kuno has worked as a Key Animator, Storyboarder, Character designer, among other roles on the Crayon Shin Chan movies. She made her directorial debut in 2024 with Ghost Cat Anzu, alongside Co-Director Nobuhiro Yamashita. Other credits include the manga "A Horn and Love of Amagi Yuiko" (Japanese: 甘木唯子のツノと愛) winner of the Japan Media Arts Festival's 21st Manga Division New Face Award.
