Release information

This card was released as a Cosmos Holofoil SWSH Black Star Promo and was available in the Sword & Shield Single Pack Blisters from February 7, 2020. This card was later available in the General Mills 25th Anniversary Mini Packs found in marked cereals as a Sequin Holofoil, beginning February 27th, 2021. In Japan, it was released a Non Holofoil S-P Promotional card and was given to participants of Pokémon V Start Battle ~Get Wooloo~ events held at participating Pokémon Centers, Pokémon Stores, Pokémon Card Stations, and stores hosting Pokémon Card Gym meetings beginning November 29, 2019. These events required players to purchase or bring in one of the V Starter Sets at a venue and use it in games.[1] The Japanese print features the Pokémon Card Gym logo on the bottom right corner of the illustration.

Defense Curl and Headbutt are both moves in the Pokémon games that Wooloo can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Sword.
