Rocket Grunt 1's Electrode

Whoever listed the male Rocket Grunt's movesets claimed that his Electrode knows Mirror Move, which Electrode doesn't learn, and also that said Mirror Move is Psychic-Type when Mirror Move is a Flying-Type move. I don't know enough about this game to correct what move it is, and correcting the type presumably wouldn't get rid of the actual issue here, but thought I should bring it to someone's attention nevertheless.
