The Rocket with the Lift Key on B4 of the Rocket Hideout, who's somehow not currently included in the walkthrough, has a Lv 21 (some pure-poison Pokémon) and a Lv 21 Zubat. Requiem2651 (talk) 22:21, 5 December 2013 (UTC)
