Walkthrough talk:Pokémon Emerald/Part 12

I think that this section needs some espansion, such as explanation where to go, and how to get there.

The problem with this page is the part I added (Sootopolis City) is exactly the Section 14 of this walkthrough... and the section 13 is completly wrong for Emerald. Maybe someone could rearrange things a bit in order!
