This page should be part 11, not 10

Part 10 of the LGPE walk through is the part where you fight Sabrina. Yet this should be part 11 instead. This is because Sabrina is canonically fought after Koga, as she appears 6th in the badge menu. Their Pokémon levels are the same, and she is often considered to come later than Koga.
