Clair's Kingdra

Clair's Kingdra is not notable enough for it's own article. According to the Notability requirements for anime Pokémon, it is not notable. This policy was created to prevent any non-notable Pokémon from having an article and remaining a stub. As such, it's been changed to a redirect to Clair's page.
