ok. I just joined, but I'm confused.

Until you are autoconfirmed, you can't make any new pages, besides talk pages. In order to become autoconfirmed, you need to edit the mainspace a secret number of times, and have an account for a secret amount of time. --It's Funktastic~!_{話してください} 19:07, 3 June 2013 (UTC)
