There is no thing like "Rai Rai". It was just a vandalism done by Pikachu Fan626 - Maxim

Mind if I ask you for proof? It had the distinct sound of an original creation, and it wouldn't be the first which someone tried to add to the Bulbapedia. Not every addition of unacceptable content is vandalism. --Pie 20:19, 23 August 2006 (UTC)
