Tentacool

I see that you've changed Tentacools movepool to learn Toxic Spikes at level 15 rather then 12. Was it an error to be 12? Or was it changed to 15 in HG/SS? I don't know because I don't have HG/SS and I don't feel like checking DP to see if it's level 12. If so it needs to be listed twice, once for normal with 'DPPT' and again with 'HGSS' rather then just replacing the level 12 one. You can see how this is done in Cyndaquils entry, with smokescreen.
