If you want to make your own userpage, do so at User:HighFlyingRayquaza not User talk:HighFlyingRayquaza. You are NOT allowed to remove the welcome template or any comments from your TALK page. Please don't do that again, it is against the rules. —♥ Jello 22:55, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

Well, you have to remember this is an encyclopedia, not Facebook, or Myspace. You haven't even made any contributions to the mainspace (aka something that's not your userpage), that's why your userpage privileges (yes, privilleges, because it has to be earned) were taken away. Also, please sign on talk pages with ~~~~. Take time to read your welcome template on the top and get familiar with the rules before making any edits. You're likey to get blocked by an admin if you keep ignoring their warnings. - unsigned comment from Jello (talk • contribs)

Hi

I noticed you have been editing the User: namespace a lot recently. You may not be aware of this, but Bulbapedia has a Userspace policy that asks users to try and minimize the number of userspace edits they make in a short period of time. Heavy editing of these personal pages can put undue stress on the server, so please leave your page alone for now and go help out in the mainspace. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, after all, so please help us to complete it! If you edit the mainspace more often, you will be allowed to edit your userpage more often too.
