Below is a list of Pokemon with forms. Form name and order of phrasing is listed for grammatical purposes. All of these names can be put up to semantics, but the difference between a fan name and an unofficial fan name should be explained. Formatting should be consistent.

In example, an Unown in the shape of the letter "A" will be called "Unown A" more directly rather than "Unown One form" or "One Form Unown"
