Below is a list of Pokemon with forms. Form name and order of phrasing is listed for grammatical purposes. All of these names can be put up to semantics, but the difference between a fan name and an unofficial fan name should be explained. Formatting should be consistent.

Each of the breeds are just simply called "Paldean Tauros" all having the same name.
"Combat Breed", "Blaze Breed" and "Aqua Breed" are mentioned in the Pokédex, but they are however, not the official names of the forms.

All Unown in the Pokémon will have the form described as "One Form" but pronunciation of each form will differ, using the letter first then the name of the species.
In example, an Unown in the shape of the letter "A" will be called "Unown A" more directly rather than "Unown One form" or "One Form Unown"
Unown's name always comes before form name when using letters or Question/Exclaimation
