Pages like Terrera and Dragnor currently split available Pokemon by headings like "Level 1-3", "Level 2-3", et cetera. That's just a little bit harder to follow than it probably should be. So this is a format to have all those Pokemon in one table. (Also, the availability notes shouldn't have to be in asterisk hover text.)
I don't know how/if this template would work with things like Special Pokémon or Infinite Tower. But maybe it wouldn't; maybe those would just stay as those "literal" tables.
The below is a minor style update to those tables—something that can at least be considered if/when the above template is mainspaced.
