User:Tiddlywinks/PokemonDivbox/h/doc
This template creates the topmost part of a Pokémon infobox, containing names, the National Pokédex number, and images. It includes a means to switch among the Pokémon's forms.
This combines with User:Tiddlywinks/PokemonDivbox/form to add data for each form. The last forms template must followed by User:Tiddlywinks/PokemonDivbox/f.
Parameters

- form2, form3, form4, form5, form6
- A form paramter should (probably) always be used. Note especially that a non-empty value for form2 is what makes the form selector appear.

Also, note to self: I can mostly copy from Template:Pokémon Infobox/doc. Don't need to reinvent the wheel. (But for now I think I will keep track of what's in this template.)
Examples
We could omit the romanization if it's the same as the trademarked name. And the trademarked name if it's the same as the English. But having them all there if they exist might also be good just for consistency. (I could see people complaining that we don't have the romanization or whatever even if it's the same.)
