User:Salmancer/Panic Parade behaviors

Wild Pokemon

  • Baltoy: attacks Ranged
  • Flamigo: attacks Melee
  • Diggersby: attacks Melee
  • Paldean Tauros: attacks Melee, has a ramming attack. (Take Down?)
  • Combee: Created by Vespiquen, attacks melee
  • Vespiquen: Moves very slowly toward Tinkaton, creates Combee frequently
  • Bellibolt: attacks Ranged, uses Parabolic Charge
  • Eldegoss: Uses Pollen Puff and Cotton Guard from the ramparts.
  • Hoopa Unbound: Uses Psybeam. Uses Hyperspace Hole to summon 2 random Wild Pokemon on the outer lanes semi close to Tinkaton. (It may look like Rings Unbound, but official text says Hyperspace Hole)
  • Delibird:KO'd too easily for me to remember if it attacks in this mode. Drops a present containing an item. (Panic Parade text just says "item", not "battle item". These are a subset of the Snowball Battle ones. (Is the Fury Ether unique to this mode?)
  • Accelgor: uses the same move it uses on Theia (which is unknown)
  • Greedent: Uses an infinite duration Covet, zipping around the main area dropping Oran Berries. (I think they all automatically vanish when it faints) Picks going left or right at Tinkaton at random I guess? (I think it favors left. Maybe it's guaranteed left at first spawn and randomized after that?) Turns on a dime, unlike in base game. Can't be affected by hindrances (I tried shoving it with Fire Punch)
  • Abra: Shoots long distance ranged attacks at Tinkaton, which can hit players instead if they happen to be in the way. Teleports when threatened. (I don't think this is considered a basic attack?)
  • Avalugg: Uses 2 moves (Rapid Spin? Blizzard?). When it reaches Tinkaton, uses and refreshes Iron Defense. Iron Defense sets up 4 obstacles (they look like shields) that rotate around Avalugg for a fairly long time. (normally it's 3, they don't rotate, it's shorter, it makes a shield effect.) The spin has a very powerful push effect, and the ranged attack frezees. Also if said spin's push doesn't get the player to clear the area, usually because they got caught on the Iron Defense, it hits more than once and drains a full health bar nigh instantly. Attacks melee, but only after reaching Tinkaton, ignoring players otherwise
  • Venusaur: Uses Solar Beam, sets up post at the ramparts. Takes aim at Tinkaton unless players are near to interfere. Does not use basic attacks and largely ignores players except for aiming Solar Beams
  • Talonflame: Uses Flame Sweep. Is catchable
  • Sableye: Sneaks around, sometimes invisibly, placing fake energy with Feint Attack. They persist past it being knocked out. Mechanically is likely using Stealth
  • Zapdos: Uses moves (can probably be checked in Catch em). Has Shock Wave, creating damaging fields around nearby player Pokemon after a notable delay. Random thunder strikes appear, which may also be a Zapdos move?
  • Electrode: ignores players, tries to use Self-Destruct near Tinkaton
  • Alolan Meowth: two of these appear with each Alolan Persian
  • Alolan Persian: If the associated Alolan Meowth are knocked out, it gets angry and glows red, and gains an orange aura. Apparently it's stronger. (May or may not be faster)
  • Eldegoss: Uses Cotton Guard, comes with a Regi
  • Regirock:Same as ever
  • Regice:Same as ever
  • Registeel:Same as ever
  • Regigigas:Can use Shock Wave and Avalugg's freezing move, as well as two of it's own moves. At half health, glows blue and becomes immune to damage until two Regi it calls semi close to Tinkaton on the outer lanes are defeated.
  • Tinkaton: Uses what appears to be Follow Me on every boss wave. Is this the in game representation of "provoked"? Am too unfamiliar with SV to determine moves from animations, if there are any and it's not just Tinkaton's basic attack. Tinkaton cannot be healed by any means other than Recovery Bombs.

Random Wild Pokemon

  • Eldegoss: Uses Cotton Guard
  • Mew: Uses Surf Never catchable
  • Slowbro: Uses Telekinesis and Surf
  • Delphox: Uses two moves, but I don't play as Delphox so I don't know. Never catchable
  • Greninja: Uses Double Team. Appears to use Water Shuriken, but it's hard to tell as the basic attack for it also looks like that. At the very least, it does not use Surf. If it is catchable, the white glow and Aeos Ball only follows the real Greninja, making Double Team less effective at disorienting the players. (But of course they can still throw off the lock on.)
  • Duraludon: Uses Flash Cannon and Dragon Tail. Never catchable
  • Gardevior: Uses moves (1 or 2?), but I don't play as Gardevior so I don't know
  • Mr. Mime: Uses Barrier I think?
  • Snorlax: Uses Block and Heavy Slam. Never catchable
  • Garchomp: Uses Earthquake and Dig
  • Cinderace: I forget which move it uses

Player Pokemon

Wild Pokémon are usually, but not always, considered members of the opposing team and moves that only affect them will affect Wild Pokemon in this mode

  • Slowbro Telekinesis: reduces movement speed of objective Pokemon, does not hold them in place. (normally does nothing) The speed decrease persists for a bit after Telekinesis
  • Slowbro Slowbeam: Has a shorter duration.
  • Mewtwo Infinite Psyburn: targets all Wild Pokemon (normally only hits Pokemon on the opposing team, though PVE Battle can be interpreted as the Wild Pokemon being the opposing team)
  • Miradon: Hadron Engine only triggers on the boss Pokémon
  • Zacian: Can hold Aeos energy for Interprid Sword. (All others, including Miradon, do not.) Appears to get a refill on Aeos energy from boss waves and at the start of the battle, instead of getting it from defeating wild Pokémon
  • Tesarenna Queen Acsendant: doesn't work. The first kick hits, but none of the rest of the move actually happens. (It is possible that the first kick is stronger or some other effect tries to even this out.)
  • Mimikyu Play With Me: works. Not even sure it's shorter at first glance. Even holds down bosses, although it doesn't appear to inflict Bound to do so.
  • Charizard Seismic Slam: Does not work. The charge hits, but then Charizard snaps into the air for the move's second phase and ignores the grab thing.
  • Rapidash Triad Dash thingy: Does work, oddly enough. I guess in general walls are functional while hindrances may or may not.

(All of the Unite Moves that use Bound might be having similar issues. I've seen Play With Me..s last a short time, though I can't verify myself.)
