header includes support for both regulation marks and rarities. Its companion entry template is entry. It can also be used with footer.

• For templates with no rarity, use header-nr and entry-nr instead.
• For templates with no regulation mark, use header-nm and entry-nm instead.
• For templates with no rarity or regulation mark, use header-nmr and entry-nmr instead.
