How to Start

A trading card deck must contain 60 cards sorted into three groups: Pokemon, Trainers, and Energy. you can find these cards by buying starter decks (a pre-built deck) or booster packs (ten cards from a set of 100 or so cards). A starter deck will give you all you need to play the game, while a booster pack may not give you the cards you need. On second thought, a booster pack may contain strong cards like LV.X Pokemon that you wouldn't be able to find in a starter deck.
